Scope is deliberately the small, mostly-mechanical findings that were triaged out of v2.0.0 rather than any new capability — larger reworks (streaming static serving, config unification, WebSocket resource limits) stay out so this stays a short release. Not to be started until roku is live on v2.0.0.
